I’ll carry out an in-depth assessment with you, identifying your goals and measuring your current fitness and physical state.
I’ll then design a bespoke fitness plan which you can access online using my app. This is designed to meet your exact goals and provide a path with measurable goals and timescales - so we can be sure of the progress you’re making.
You’ll get my supporting fitness videos to show you the best techniques to use to get the results you want.
The set of videos combine to make a short, ultra-effective workout that you can use at home, the gym, your garden or wherever works for you!
