We are glad to announce that we are now offering our Teen Fitness Camp for the summer.
School holidays are a great opportunity to have fun, get fit and enjoy outdoor activities.

Gok’s Fitness Routines Weekly Warm-Ups
Callisthenics
Circuits: Bodyweight Exercises, Assisted Pull-Ups, Push-Ups 1kg or 2kgs Weights
Lunge Challenges
Long Jumps
Skipping
Padwork/Boxfit
Spin Bike Challenges
Sack Race


This pass is valid for our Teen Fitness Camps between 3rd July - 25th August 2023 for Monday, Wednesday and Fridays Sessions between 1-3pm.
