My job is to support and motivate you on that journey, taking the guesswork out of exercise and spurring you on to achieve your own personal best.

Hi, my name is Gokay and I’m an experienced, qualified personal trainer working in Dulwich, East Dulwich, Herne Hill and surrounding areas.

 I specialise in designing fun and effective training programmes that ensure my clients reach their fitness goals, whether that’s toning up, getting lean, building muscle or increasing stamina.

Fun and effective training

I aim to keep you totally motivated by making every session fun and different. 

 

We’ll use lots of different techniques and equipment to target different areas, keep you physically challenged and mentally focussed. 

Individual and group training

I provide personal training for individuals, couples or small groups. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome, from complete beginners to sports professionals. 

 

We can train at your home, garden, local park or your office. Many clients come to sessions with me at Old Alleynians Rugby Club.

Let’s get started! Your assessment gives us the opportunity to agree your goals and measure your current fitness levels.
