Refer-a-Friend Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The refer-a-friend promotion ("Promotion") is open to all current clients of Gokay Fitness ("Referrer").

   • The referred individual ("Referred Friend") must be a new client to Gokay Fitness and should not have been a past client.

2. Referral Process:

   • To participate, Referrers must refer friends who are not current or past clients of Gokay Fitness.

   • The Referred Friend must fill in the designated form and join a group class with Gokay Fitness before the end of February 2024.

3. Reward:

   • Upon successful referral, if the Referred Friend joins a class before the promotion end date, the Referrer will receive a gift class pass.

   • The gift class pass is subject to availability and may be scheduled in accordance with Gokay Fitness's class availability.

4. Withdrawal of Promotion:

   • Gokay Fitness reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Availability:

   • Participation in the Promotion and the scheduling of gift class passes are subject to class availability.

6. Exclusivity:

   • This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts offered by Gokay Fitness.

7. General Terms:

   • Gokay Fitness reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the event of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

   • The decision of Gokay Fitness regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.

8. Modification of Terms:

   • Gokay Fitness reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at its discretion.
